Nest House

A smaller apartment than the others finished to be renovated in 2020 , ideal to accommodate one or two people.

It is connected to the inner garden and has a beautiful private terrace enriched with many plants and flowersof the Mediterranean flora. We called it "nest house"-the nest house, meaning a refuge, a nest where you can seclude yourself and be quiet and maybe connected with the way through the wifi network, why not?

The beams are original late 19th century cherry wood and the Art Deco decorations underneath have been restored using the conservation method , the same was done for the paint on the walls, strictly natural lime base equal to the original color

The 'furniture is of contemporary European design that blends perfectly with the traditional architecture, rediscovering and redefining the spaces.

For the kitchen, bathroom, in our infinitesimal smallness, we wanted to reward Italian industrial excellence; the kitchen is by Scavolini of the Marche region and the bathroom and ceramic furnishings are by Catalano of Lazio.
